All digital image downloads from NCS (Northern California Scenics) are licensed for limited use only. By purchasing and downloading any image, you agree to the following terms:

TIER 1: WEB SIZE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD (2048px)

• Includes one image at 2048 pixels on the long edge

• Licensed for personal use or small-scale editorial purposes (e.g. blogs, websites, internal presentations)

• Suitable for web use or small prints under 5x7 inches

• ❌ NOT licensed for resale, commercial branding, merchandise, or use in books/magazines

TIER 2: HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL DOWNLOAD (3600px+)

• Includes one high-resolution image (3600px or greater)

• Licensed for one-time, non-exclusive commercial use

• Allowed for use in websites, small business marketing, presentations, signage, and internal publications

• ❌ NOT licensed for resale, redistribution, or use in printed publications (magazines, books, product packaging)

USES NOT PERMITTED (FOR BOTH TIERS)

• Resale of the image file or derivatives

• Use in printed books, magazines, or commercial editorial without a separate license

• Use on merchandise, apparel, or digital products for sale

• Mass printing, billboards, or wall-scale reproduction without written permission
